The experience we had with Blakesleys seen on line was in keeping with good old fashioned customer experience. Somebody on hand to point you in the right direction and then inform you they or any of their colleagues will be pleased to further assist. Staff were knowledgeable about the products and there was no hard sell for extras.
One thing I would say is having the cost of delivery added to your purchase. We would highly recommend Blakesleys for choice and quality of goods, fair pricing, really pleasant and helpful staff.

I’ve been furnishing my new home for about the past 4 months and have therefore dealt with many companies/ shops and suppliers. Blakesleys by a long distance, the most professional and friendly team to deal with. I was never hassled to place an order. When I did place my order I was told about the anticipated delivery time and this was spot on. The delivery was then made exactly on time by couriers who work for the company and therefore care about the service they provide.
I’m so impressed by the overall service I received that I will advise family and friends. I can wholeheartedly recommend them highly enough. Thier prices offered also happened to be as good, if not better, than anywhere else I’d looked too!
