The quality of the Nova Titan Pergola is very good. Self Assembly wasn't too dificult and all the parts fitted together without any problems. Really pleased with the product.
Blakesleys as a company were very good to deal with. The estimated delivery time was met. I had an issue with one of the blinds as I found it damaged when opening the package. Blakesleys ordered me a replacement without any issues, however the replacement was being sent from the manufacturer and took longer than the delivery date for the initial order. Unfortunately the manufacturer sent the wrong size blind so delivery was refused. This was rectified by Blakesleys sending the correct blind direct from themselves in just a few days. I was unfortunate receiving a damaged blind and the wrong replacement being sent out followed by the correct one but Blakesleys sorted this issue efficiently and without any hassle. This is when you find out how good the company really is and Im happy with their actions.
Pergola seems high quality and looks great. Blakesley's were very helpful, including Ian being very patient with my calls over a bank holiday weekend
