The pendant patio heater hooks and hangs over on the arch curved stand, making it easy to move into position overhead to keep you warm. The sun sets and the evenings draw in, why not carry on your summer evening with our Aurora Outdoor Heating system? Position the garden heater over to your outdoor furniture set, turn it on with your remote control and soak the warmth into the late evenings.

Please note: The Arch Stand requires the steel base to be filled with sand to keep the hanging heater stable. Our bases include handy rear wheels, so that even when filled with sand you will still be able to move it around when needed.

MAINTENANCE

    • To keep the heater clean, the outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You may use a mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth.
    • DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the heater. This may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the heater.
    • Although our heaters are outdoor approved, DO NOT immerse the heater in water for your safety
    • The light source of the luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire unit needs to be replaced
    • If the heater unit does get wet, please wait until the unit is completely dry before use

SAFETY

    • Don’t cover the unit with anything during operation or a short time after it’s shut down
    • DO NOT touch or move your patio heater for at least 30 minutes after use to allow too fully cool
    • Although our heaters are outdoor approved, DO NOT immerse the heater in water for your safety

STORAGE

    • If the heater will not be used for a long period of time, store it in a cool, dry location when not in use
    • To prevent dust and dirt build-up, use the original packaging to repack the unit

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the heater will not operate, please check the following before seeking repair of service:

  • Check if the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet, if not plug in
  • Check if electricity to the main fuse is working
  • Make certain the power switches are turned on. If not, choose a setting
  • Refer to assembly instructions provided for more product information

Large item orders will be delivered by a Professional 2 man service, on arrival they take the items to your area of choice. You will receive a txt a day or call before to confirm the date & the evening before delivery another txt to confirm a 3 hour time slot.

Returns & Refunds

We know that returns & refunds can be stressful . Blakesleys take that problem away.

If you would like to return your furniture within 14 days please just contact us. Please  keep the original boxes & repack as they arrived. We won’t be able to accept returns if not returned in original boxes

Please report any damage before build so we can resolve any issues ,

Please check boxes for any possible damage , if there is damage to the boxes take pictures or call us direct so we can help right away . With in doubt please refuse delivery if they is clear damage to the boxes.

Can I return an unwanted item?

If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.

How do I return something?

Before sending your goods back to us, we need to raise a Returns Authorization Form on your behalf. Please contact us using the "Email Us" form to raise a ticket or email us directly at sales@blakesleys.com including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Who covers the cost of returning an unwanted item?

Should you wish to return an item to us due to no longer wanting it or if your not happy with the colour, size the costs we be at the buyers expense , prices vary from product to product 

The charges are £150 for Garden furniture & £300 for pergolas .

How long will my refund take?

We allow up to 1 working days to inspect returned items for any fault or damages. Once it is confirmed that the item is in perfect condition in undamaged original packaging your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Although we action refunds immediately, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
