Offering ample storage space the Bali small outdoor kitchen storage unit features two single units with one non-adjustable shelf and one lower double unit with two cupboard doors. Recommended 2 persons assembly, allowing at least 20 - 30 minutes per unit.

Please note: to preserve your concrete wax top from any heat damage we recommend to place any hot dishes on top of a heat proof mats.

Care and maintenance for your outdoor kitchen:

• Always keep your gas bottle unit to the right of your BBQ. (Holds 13-19kg Bottles)
• Never adjust the dials on your fridge as they are pre-set
• Do not have your fridge either side of the BBQ
• Oxidation is possible if your items are near a swimming pool or spa
• Cleaning your kitchen is important after each use
• NOT designed for Commercial use
• To fit your sink, you will require a qualified plumber. This can be connected by a garden hose or plumbed into your home.
• 30kg Weight limited for each shelf inside your fridge

Cleaning your outdoor kitchen:

Make sure the BBQ is turned off and cooled before cleaning. To maintain your high-quality grills, wash with mild detergent and warm soapy water. Wipe dry with a soft nonabrasive cloth after each use. If the inside of the BBQ lid has the appearance of peeling paint, this is a grease build up which can turn into carbon when burning, make sure this is cleaned thoroughly with strong hot soapy water. NEVER USE OVEN CLEANER.

Levelling your kitchen:

The modular range has been designed with levelling legs which means you can easily place your kitchen anywhere in the garden and level your kitchen giving it a professional look. How they fit together: Each piece connects to another piece by four internal bolts that pull them together so they stay in the configuration, they should all be matched up and height adjusted all we would recommend is that the fridge does not attach directly to the grill.

The cooking grates are made from 403 stainless steel, this stops oxidisation and corrosion for long durable wear. The cooking grills are built to be used all year round and provide a great heat source from infra-red burners.

Large item orders will be delivered by a Professional 2 man service, on arrival they take the items to your area of choice. You will receive a txt a day or call before to confirm the date & the evening before delivery another txt to confirm a 3 hour time slot.

Returns & Refunds

We know that returns & refunds can be stressful . Blakesleys take that problem away.

If you would like to return your furniture within 14 days please just contact us. Please  keep the original boxes & repack as they arrived. We won’t be able to accept returns if not returned in original boxes 

Pergolas 

Please report any damage before build so we can resolve any issues ,

Please check boxes for any possible damage , if there is damage to the boxes take pictures or call us direct so we can help right away . With in doubt please refuse delivery if they is clear damage to the boxes.

Can I return an unwanted item?

If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.

How do I return something?

Before sending your goods back to us, we need to raise a Returns Authorization Form on your behalf. Please contact us using the "Email Us" form to raise a ticket or email us directly at sales@blakesleys.com including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Who covers the cost of returning an unwanted item?

Should you wish to return an item to us due to no longer wanting it or if your not happy with the colour, size the costs we be at the buyers expense , prices vary from product to product 

The charges are £150 for Garden furniture & £300 for pergolas .

Where do I return my items to?

The returns address for unwanted items can be found on the Returns Authorization Form that we will send you once you have raised a ticket with us. Sales@blakesleys.com

How long will my refund take?

We allow up to 1 working days to inspect returned items for any fault or damages. Once it is confirmed that the item is in perfect condition in undamaged original packaging your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Although we action refunds immediately, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
