Store Warranty Terms & Conditions
For any warranty claims, please note the following terms and conditions apply to all claims:
- Titan Pergolas warranty doesn’t cover storm damage or extremely high winds. Please keep louvres open and screens up if a red or amber storm is reported.
- Warranty claims cannot be accepted without proof of purchase.
- The warranty applies to residential, domestic use within the UK only.
- The warranty does not cover commercial use, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. This includes damage caused by extreme weather, major storms (amber/red alerts), and high winds.
- Blakesleys reserves the right to repair and/or replace parts rather than a complete item at our discretion.
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- No repairs or modifications should be attempted by the customer. Doing so will invalidate your warranty.
- Damage by fire, flood, or other severe environmental conditions (e.g. smoke, damp, extreme heat, or wind) is not covered. These fall under Force Majeure.
- Warranty is valid from the date of delivery of your items.
- If a warranty claim is made, the coverage applies from the original purchase date, not the replacement date.

- Titan Accessories: 1 year
Glass Room Installations
Glass room installations are covered by a 12-month warranty for any leaks. Leaks are typically caused by sealant becoming loose over time, allowing water to find weak points. Regular maintenance is essential to preserve the integrity of the installation.
