Where installation is included in the written quotation, the work is arranged through experienced installation teams and is typically planned for completion within 3 to 5 working days, subject to the product, site and access conditions. The installation service covers the assembly, fixing, alignment and weatherproofing stated in the written quotation. The customer remains responsible for suitable access, groundworks, foundations, supporting structures and other site preparation unless expressly included. Installation may be postponed, suspended or refused where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
