We know that returns & refunds can be stressful . Blakesleys take that problem away . If you would like to return your furniture within 14 days please just contact us. Please keep the original boxes & repack as they arrived. We won’t be able to accept returns if not returned in original boxes
Please report any damage before build so we can resolve any issues , if damage if reported after build replacements will not be sent
Please check boxes for any possible damage , if there is damage please open boxes while the driver is there and check inside and take pictures or call us direct so we can help right away .
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Before sending your goods back to us, we need to raise a Returns Authorization Form on your behalf. Please contact us using the "Email Us" form to raise a ticket or email us directly at email@example.com including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Should you wish to return an item to us due to no longer wanting it the costs we be at the buyers expense , prices vary from product to product

The returns address for unwanted items can be found on the Returns Authorization Form that we will send you once you have raised a ticket with us. Sales@blakesleys.com
We allow up to 1 working days to inspect returned items for any fault or damages. Once it is confirmed that the item is in perfect condition in undamaged original packaging your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Although we action refunds immediately, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
