We know that returns & refunds can be stressful . Blakesleys take that problem away . If you would like to return your furniture within 14 days please just contact us. Please keep the original boxes & repack as they arrived and secure on a pallet . Use our address which can be found at the bottom of the homepage , it’s very important that you leave you me full name and order number so we process your refund .
We try to make this process as hassle free as we can .
Please check over each section for any possible damage , any pictures of sets made up with damage will be classed as used goods and will incur a 30% charge if the item is returned . So take your time to check all corners for any marks etc before you build . Goods must be returned in a unused condition in original boxes , a charge of 30 % will be applied if goods have been used or not in original boxes .
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Before sending your goods back to us, we need to raise a Returns Authorization Form on your behalf. Please contact us using the "Email Us" form to raise a ticket or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Should you wish to return an item to us due to no longer wanting it, any costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. It is essential that any items returned are sent on a traceable service that requires a signature. We are not responsible for goods where a POD (proof of delivery) cannot be provided.

We allow up to 5 working days to inspect returned items for any fault or damages. Once it is confirmed that the item is in perfect condition in undamaged original packaging your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Although we action refunds immediately, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
