The Nova - In Ground Base - Large Weight is a unique space-saving solution for weighing your cantilever parasol down with the correct weight to keep it secure.
It takes just 4 easy steps to secure your cantilever and ensure you are using the parasol safely and correctly:
Step 1: Dig a hole approximately 40 x 40 x 60.5cm.
Step 2: Place the base into the hole and fill with soil until upper stripe. Level the base press the ground firmly and water it.
Step 3: Adjust the height and direction of the mounting plate and then fasten the bolt.
Step 4: Fill the hole completely, press the ground firmly and water it again.
This will offer you the same weight as a standard cantilever base but will take up much less space than a standard base.

If you would like to return your furniture within 14 days please just contact us. Please keep the original boxes & repack as they arrived. We won’t be able to accept returns if not returned in original boxes

Please check boxes for any possible damage , if there is damage to the boxes take pictures or call us direct so we can help right away . With in doubt please refuse delivery if they is clear damage to the boxes.
Can I return an unwanted item?
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.

Before sending your goods back to us, we need to raise a Returns Authorization Form on your behalf. Please contact us using the "Email Us" form to raise a ticket or email us directly at sales@blakesleys.com including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Who covers the cost of returning an unwanted item?
Should you wish to return an item to us due to no longer wanting it or if your not happy with the colour, size the costs we be at the buyers expense , prices vary from product to product
The charges are £150 for Garden furniture & £300 for pergolas .

How long will my refund take?
We allow up to 1 working days to inspect returned items for any fault or damages. Once it is confirmed that the item is in perfect condition in undamaged original packaging your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Although we action refunds immediately, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
