This item includes one screen but to offer an even more private space we would recommend purchasing multiple screens to close off the pergola entirely - ideal for using over hot tubs if you have neighbours that overlook your garden. Please note, you can use a maximum of 3 privacy screens per pergola as the side with the handle will not take a screen.
This screen is an exclusive design for the Titan pergola range and will not fit any other pergola collections or Titan wall-mounted pergolas.
This textilene material is fully weather-resistant and can be left outdoors all year round with little maintenance.
The screen is attached to your pergola via aluminium framework and an aluminium roller which need to be drilled into the underside of the pergola as well as the pergola legs and then clipped in to those carefully aligned attachments. Full instructions on how to do this will be included with the product. When you wish to open your pergola back up simply push the screen up back into the aluminium roller.

If you require bolting down charges apply £99
Bolting to decking requires different Bolts which the Team will bring at a cost of £25

*£25 per screen or Full side wall to be attached
Glass sliding door assembly will be priced separately
Please note if you have purchased Glass sliding doors and don’t require installation, they don’t come with instructions as this is a bespoke job so if you have no experience this would be very difficult to fit yourself ,
Screws , sealant is not supplied for glass fitting
Please note bolting down service will be subject to survey on the day.
They can refuse to bolt down if the ground is not fit for purpose.

Large item orders will be delivered by a Professional 2 man service, on arrival they take the items to your area of choice. You will receive a txt a day or so before to confirm the date & the evening before delivery another txt to confirm a 3 hour time slot.
Returns & Refunds
We know that returns & refunds can be stressful . Blakesleys take that problem away.
If you would like to return your furniture within 14 days please just contact us. Please keep the original boxes & repack as they arrived. We won’t be able to accept returns if not returned in original boxes
Pergolas
Please report any damage before build so we can resolve any issues , Damage has to be reported before assembly, pergolas , screens , side walls , if damage is reported after being assembled no replacements will be sent
PLEASE NOTE
Once a delivery date / install has been confirmed with a customer any cancellations after this there will be a charge of £300 for a return fee .
Please check boxes for any possible damage , if there is damage to the boxes take pictures or call us direct so we can help right away . With in doubt please refuse delivery if they is clear damage to the boxes.
Can I return an unwanted item?
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to ensure the returned item is received by us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
How do I return something?
Before sending your goods back to us, we need to raise a Returns Authorization Form on your behalf. Please contact us using the "Email Us" form to raise a ticket or email us directly at sales@blakesleys.com including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Who covers the cost of returning an unwanted item?
Should you wish to return an item to us due to no longer wanting it the costs we be at the buyers expense , prices vary from product to product
Where do I return my items to?
The returns address for unwanted items can be found on the Returns Authorization Form that we will send you once you have raised a ticket with us. Sales@blakesleys.com
How long will my refund take?
We allow up to 3 working days to inspect returned items for any fault or damages. Once it is confirmed that the item is in perfect condition in undamaged original packaging your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Although we action refunds immediately, it may take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
